West Midlands Cyber

Community at the Hub

The people who make the Hub work

The Hub is more than a building. It is a shared environment for founders, practitioners, students, educators, business leaders, community organisers and partners. Its strength comes from the willingness of those people to contribute knowledge, connections, time and experience.

Who you will meet here

Founders and SMEs

Meet peers, share experience and build trusted relationships with people solving the same problems.

Practitioners

Participate in the technical and professional communities that meet at the Hub.

Students and early career

Access events, mentors, placements and employers at the start of a cyber career.

Women in Cyber

Inclusive professional development and stronger participation across the region.

Neurodiverse talent

Accessible and supportive pathways into cyber careers.

Senior security leaders

Contribute buyer insight, mentoring, design partnerships and industry challenges.

Ways to contribute

The Hub grew through practitioner effort, local partnerships, in-kind support and community contribution. There are several ways to take part.

Become a mentor

Give time and expertise to founders and early-career talent.

Run a community session

Bring your meetup or group to the Hub and use the space.

Offer a placement

Open a route into your business for a student or career changer.

Volunteer at events

Help the Hub run the regional programme.

Resident organisations

Organisations based at the Hub are listed here. Their full capability profiles live in the West Midlands Cyber Cluster company directory, so there is one record per organisation rather than two competing ones.

To be confirmed before launch

The resident organisation list is being confirmed with current tenants before publication. Five offices are occupied and more than ten hot desks are in use as of the November 2025 to April 2026 reporting period.
